‘The old adage of ‘work hard, play hard is something that’s very important for my staff at Astute and I’ve always ensured that there’s an importance placed on staff downtime. For us to laugh together only makes our team stronger and I find that my team return to their projects with renewed energy, ready to function in the best way that they can for our clients.’

At Astute there’s always a staff tournament, activity or fun day in the pipeline to look forward to. From golf days to beach football and even the occasional Dorset Plane Pull event.

We take pride in helping out our local community and national charities and together we’ve raised over £265,500 worth of donations for these worthy causes whilst having fun along the way.
